I have a nice set up im my ggarahe gym 264 one car garage gym.. i have a 3 car garahe gym but also have a ga.e room in tjete. Pool table, darts, fosball table, couch, chairs, sauna...so i was thinkimg about buying a 12x20 shed to move my garage gym there.. but i dont k ow if it will be a good idea?
I joined a local power lifting gym to get back into squat/deadlift before buying an expensive rack and they all use Rogue Fitness racks. I do have dumbbells/bench for home workouts. Rogue looks solid.
Hey. What would you choose between Cybex Bravo, Prime funtional, and Panatta funtional trainer? I know you know many things about equipment so that's why I'm asking. The Prime prodigy rack has many more advantages but the fly motion would be very narrow so I would stick with a funtional trainer
So I’m not a fan of the cable systems being attached to the rack or in the rack because I like to superset and move between workouts. So personally I wouldn’t get the prodigy. Now every person is different and have different situations. space constraints, working out alone or with other people, workout style, and goals. Now for the other 3, the only I’ve used is Cybex function trainer, it’s gets the job done. The Panatta looks cool, quick search couldn’t find pricing. Out of the 3 I’ve only used the Cybex and I would prob pick Prime, price and function.
I dug out some ground in that area built a pressure treated fame and supports and laid the deck boards. No footings mine just sits on the ground. I did screw it to the shed but you don’t need to
Nice space for lifting 💪🏼 My buddies dream is the Shed Gym!
Thanks Dude! I’m very happy with my setup. Took me a few years.

@@DIXONDRIGGS do you think all funtional trainer have the same smoothness?
How'd you build the deck? I have a shed gym too, your finish is much cleaner though
