You have the probe a little hucktu on that one.. I don't worry about spots above 18% if the rest is 14 or less.. But they don't get buried in the stack! When we were still making rounds, it didn't seem to matter if you checked from the end or the side, it's all on where the wet spot is...
Good evening BP and CP. Cooking my butt here. 37 today 🥵, but there’s a wind so it’s drying. Start raking up that clover tomorrow. First stuff has been down 4 days. Baled up 150 bales of alfalfa today.
I hope ours does better.. no offense, because I know our area is an exception. 4+ ton per acre was normal, until the last 6 years now, of summer drought. Last year we averaged just shy of 2.5 tons.. hopefully it's not any less than that this year..
@@chadtosh6831 kinda figured... And discbines are made and tested in 2 ton crops.. that's one reason we run a lot more horsepower and have more trouble with them..
Good afternoon, BP and CP. That's not too bad on the bale count. Hopefully, there won't be a shortage. 👍
Hey BP...and Hi to CP also! Enjoyed the vidjya Bud. Average bales is notsa bad!
Sounds like a great piece of gum hahahahaha

Good video BCP, a like for every liter of diesel power
She's a slow go but she's a safe go and that's all that matters so way to go there BP!
Love your videos 😊
My new Vermeer rake locks up sides too. My old sitrex rake had a staggered drop so one side dropped before the other.
Funny thats all we used to test on was the flat side and never had much trouble. I check from the twine side now cause you said lol.
@jeremycherny2041 twine side is alot tighter and I'm sure you will find a difference
@bcpfarmandtrucking6560 I've found some tough stuff for sure.
👍👌❤️🇨🇦, hay doesn't dry down very good when the humidity index is high, got nowhere for the moisture to go
👍

2.5 tonne is a good hay crop here. Lol 🤣👍🍻

how heavy are your squares?

Big out of the old baler 1300# at 6' +/- long..
So i always thought a ton was a thousand kg so a ton is 2,200 lbs
@piperdoug428 that would be a metric tone...standard ton is 2000lbs
How's CPs foot doing.
@@randybedker1584 she's sore
@bcpfarmandtrucking6560 hope she heals quickly with all the hay Tobe made. Prayers.
