Very simple gimbap recipe.
Mix 2t of sesame oil, 1t of sun-dried salt, and 1t of red pepper powder with chopsticks.
Cut a piece of seaweed in half.
Divide one serving (205g) of instant rice into two pieces and spread it out widely.
Pick up about 2 pieces of salt with chopsticks and put them on the rice.
Sprinkle only sesame oil in the middle with a teaspoon.
Roll up the kimbap.

Cut gimbap into 4-5 equal parts.
The taste of salt gimbap is boring at first.
When you chew it, the savory sesame oil, salt, and chili powder taste harmonious.
I can feel a very familiar taste.
It seems to be a salt plant with a cleaner taste than seasoned soy sauce.
It has the ability to quickly remove a bowl of instant rice.
It is really good when there are no side dishes.
The leftover salt sauce is really delicious even if you just wrap it in four pieces of seaweed.

편스토랑을 보지 않아서 모르겠지만, 소금김밥이라니... ㅎㅎ 제목은 아주 맛이 없을 것 같은데 참기름까지 들어간 짭짤한 김밥, 정말 담백한 맛이겠어요. 양념간장보다 깔끔한 소금장 김밥! 급할 때 최고겠네요!!
고추가루만 안들어가면 충무김밥맛일듯요~
