Coaching New Guidelines: 16 साल से छोटे बच्चों को कोचिंग में 'नो एंट्री', जानें सरकार की नई गाइडलाइन

- सरकार ने कोचिंग संस्थानों के लिए नई गाइडलाइंस जारी की है. नई गाइडलाइंस के मुताबिक सभी कोचिंग सेंटर का रजिस्ट्रेशन जरूरी है। नियम के मुताबिक 16 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों का दाखिला नहीं हो सकता। एक दिन में 5 घंटे से ज्यादा कोचिंग नहीं हो सकती। सुबह जल्दी और देर रात वाली क्लास नहीं होगी। छात्रों और शिक्षकों को हफ्ते में छुट्टी जरूर दी जाएगी। कोर्स के बीच फीस नहीं बढ़ाई जा सकेगी। यही नहीं बीच में कोचिंग छोड़ने पर कोचिंग संस्थानों को फीस लौटाना होगा।

Iam a student of 10th standard . I feel embarrassed to say that our schools can't provide quality education like coaching centers . So ,If government want to make a revolutionary event in field of education then ban the schools . Schools have good results in board exams only due to coachings . Only coaching centers have power to educate students properly and by the way our Indian schools have scarcely a brilliant teacher.l request to Government kindly to check opinions of students . Don't take any decision hurriedly that will ruin a student's prestigious carrer life .

I am 15 year old , newly enrolled in allen because I loved the system of allen career institute . There is no pressure because I myself requested my parents to get me enrolled in it as well as I have to prepare for exams like NSEP but in all the schools the curriculum is syllabus, they only focus on thier syllabus. In schools we have pressure , pressure of subjects which are not our cup of tea like engineering person has to dug his mind and time in subject like social science .

मुझे आश्चर्य होता है कि हमारी सरकार बिना सोचे समझे कोई भी फैसला ले लेती है। अगर स्कूल अच्छी शिक्षा नहीं देंगी तो बच्चा कोचिंग में पढ़ेगा। अब अगर कोचिंग में नहीं पढ़ेगा तो फाउंडेशन कमज़ोर होगा फिर आईआईआईटी एवं नीट निकालना और मुश्किल होगा बच्चे पर प्रेशर बढ़ेगा और आत्महत्या के मामले और बढ़ेंगे।

The child who goes to coaching will not go to school and will give exams in privately And the child who goes to school will not go to coaching, he will only go to school. Why don't they appriciate literature, philosophy, art, or sports other than professional teams. Why don't they increase private institution with right fees and good education so many students for medical courses don't have to go developing countries.

कोचिंग सेंटर पर तो लगाम लगा दिया लेकिन स्कूल पर लगाम कब लगेगी पुस्तकें एकही दुकान पे मिलेगी ड्रेस एक ही दुकान पे मिलेगी यहा तक की कापियाँ भी दूसरे नही चलते है एक नेक्सस है स्कूल और दुकानदारो में पेरेंट्स लुटने को मजबूर है और सरकार आंख बंद कर के बैठी है।
स्कूल भी बंद कर दो क्या जरूरत है स्कूल का पूरा देश अनपढ़ होने वाला है 😢

कई लोगों की तरह मैंने भी 11 पन्नों की कोचिंग को लेकर आई सरकारी गाईडलाईन पढ़ी है।
उसके अनुसार कोचिंग कहलाने के लिये संस्थान के पास 50 से अधिक विद्यार्थी होने चाहिए और 16 वर्ष से कम आयु के विद्यार्थी कोचिंग में प्रवेश नहीं ले सकेंगे।
पर क्या यह नियम साधारण स्कूल ट्यूशन पर भी लागू होंगे?
अगर मेरे पास 60 विद्यार्थी हैं जो 16 वर्ष से कम आयु के हैं और वे स्कूल की पढ़ाई के लिए ट्यूशन लेते हैं, किसी प्रतियोगी परीक्षा की नहीं, तो क्या मुझे 10 विद्यार्थियों को हटाना होगा?
क्या अब सैनिक स्कूल, RIMC की कोचिंग वे ही संस्थान करा सकेंगे जिनके पास 50 या उससे कम बच्चे होंगे?

सरकार की सार्वजनिक शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार और उच्च-कौशल शिक्षकों को आकर्षित करने की असमर्थता स्पष्ट है। सरकारी स्कूलों में मौजूद सुधार के मुद्दों का समर्थन किए बिना, कोचिंग सेंटर्स के लिए विधियाँ प्रस्तुत करना, ऐसा दिखता है कि SC/ST/OBC जैसी समुदायों के छात्रों और शिक्षकों को गुणवत्ता शिक्षा के लिए पहुँच को बाधित कर सकता है। उनमें से बहुत लोग निजी स्कूलों के साथ जुड़े लाखों रुपये के शुल्क को संभालने में संघर्ष कर रहे हैं, इसलिए नए नियमों को कोचिंग सेंटर्स पर लागू करने से पहले सरकारी शिक्षा प्रणाली के अंदर की चुनौतियों का सामना करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
This can't be a permanent solution and absolutely not fair..
I am not in a political party. If I have 60 school going students who are below 16 years then which 10 students should I remove? I charge no fee from students without father and belonging to low income family.I pay income tax. I will have to increase fee to meet my living expenses. To become a coaching, 100 students should be the criteria instead of 50 students. Suicides are happening in some coaching institutes who provide competitive coaching where kids are away from parents. This rule should be for only competitive coaching institutes.
Why there is 18% GST on education? It should be reduced which will lead to reduction in fee.
Good decision was taken to include psychological help for students and regarding returning fee if student leaves course midway. But why small tuitions like me suffer? Also there might be private school teachers who force students to take private paid tuition and do not pay income tax as they charge cash fee. They might even tell question paper before exam to students taking tuition from them or give good marks in project and practicals. Why is no action taken against them?
