The “big wheel” is the precession of the equinoxes - a 25,772 year cycle, and the "little wheel” is Earth’s yearly cycle around the Sun.
This is a sound interpretation which I believe to be the correct one. I know that our honoured Brother Ezekiel would have had these symbols of the tribes to first come to his mind: which is indicative of a trustworthy witness; there is also no room to speculate, for God gave him something that is relative.

If it was just a vision in his mind, how do you explain the noise that he heard? Visions don’t make great noise ! It was a physical encounter and not a hallucination.

Ezekiel wheels within wheels
I will explain the mystery of Ezekiel...... the wheels within wheels are the the stars and the pattern that you can see that they make , when you see a picture of the still motion of the stars around Polaris.... The eyes that cover the wheels are the eyes of each and every creature seen and un-seen that is a part of and attached to that star at creation and at your birth. You have the 4 living creatures that have 4 faces , the face of of a man ( all human beings), the face of an eagle( all flying creatures) , a face of a Lion ( all wild animals), the face of an Ox ( all domestic animals) . God created this system to give us energy, our life. The movement of these celestial bodies creates energy. This is one of the ways God himself has an omnipresent view... God can do anything, however ,in his position , he gives orders and they are followed. All are Beneath him . This is why people consult the stars , which is a form of sorcery and we as Christians are forbid to practice sorcery of any kind ...

A wheel within a wheel...does the word Gyroscope come to anybody's mind? It is a perfect representation of balance! Think of the Holy Bible being the perfect representation of balance. The Gyroscope is the perfect representation of the Holy Bible being the perfect book of balance. If you preach all the positive aspects of the Holy Bible, and none of the negative aspects of the Holy Bible, what happens? An imbalance occurs! The same thing happens when you preach only the negative aspects of the Holy Bible. God's word, the Holy Bible, is perfectly balanced, so that we can understand it, and follow it, in a perfectly balanced way. Cults only preach part of the Holy Bible, so that they can exercise mind control over people. Watch out for those-they are led by men of unstable minds. The wheel with in a wheel is just like a bike wheel. The little wheel inside the big outer part. I saw the new temple, the valley of dry bones and the Lords new name will be Jehova-Sama like what it says in the last chapter of Ezeq. Some versions just put The Lord is there.

The wheel within a wheel was recreated and patented by Josef Bloomberg ( I may have misspelled the name, apologies) in the 1970’s. I think it was 1974. He worked for NASA, and they still use it. It was a wheel divided into segments which each had their own axis. Each segment could roll sideways, as well as rolling forward and backwards with the whole wheel. It’s a brilliant design,but unfortunately only NASA has the right to use it.

Ox is now Aries and other changed also the name some. I’m Indian and in our native language it is still same in symbol and naming . And Tribe of Judah came from Leo , another story.
