Can we get some of this vocal-free/lyric-free hardstyle. I feel so much more from this than I do from a lot of the generic stuff coming out today. This entire track takes you on a journey. It comes from a place of imagination and creativity. And not a single word was said. That is fuckin magical. PLEASE BRING THIS BACK.
The big difference is that nowadays hardstyle is made mostly just listen at with a headset on. Most people(unlike me) prefer to hear vocals during songs which is why so many producers nowadays try to capitalise off of that, which in turn creates uninspired garbage. Not to say that all hardstyle songs with vocals are bad, some are really good, like The Prophet - One Moment. Back in the day the main focus was the dancefloor, which focussed more on melody and a faster pace rather than vocals, which is exactly what I prefer to listen to with my headset on. :)
Time was one of the first HS tracks I listened and I fell in love with it. I feel you since at the time of your post, there was an oversaturation of lyric based tracks and everyone was trying to make HS more modern trance-y. One Moment as the guy above said was a banger and Shivers (Frontliner edit) was another certified banger at the time. However, even Heady lost traction with his detour to Trance, despite HS getting more mainstream play. Funny thing is, at that time, because artists thought the same as you, started producing "rawstyle" tracks, where Wasted Penguinz and Wildstylez had all the traction. Nowadays, I feel both styles have their place and your comment reminded me of my feelings back then! Hope all's good!

Normally I rather listen to black metal, classic music and other ambient stuff, but this simply kicks ass. I think people shoudn't focus on their differences in taste (whether it is music, style, politics or religion) but on their similarities and their goals, to enjoy their life together and just chill out some more ;) And don't dare to thumb this up, I'm sick of this shit...
