can someone please explain how to use him? i tried reading his talents and everything but it was confusing. this is what i gathered so far. 1. survivors cannot leave the cage unless they are hit, if hit outside a cage it deals half the dmg of a normal attack. 2. you can leap while in the zone and it will teleport you to the other side of the zone? 3. going to the boundaries will teleport you to the other side..? (Survivors can do this as well) 4. survivors can start to “break” the cage to get free.
Extra info: - you can adjust the size of the cage - from the outside the cage acts like a wall, meaning it blocks flare gun, rugby ball etc. - while there is moving survivor inside (not on rocket chair) inside the cage, other survivors cannot break the cage from outside - using cage uses roughly 1/3 of your energy, but placing multiple cages in a row within span of few seconds reduces the energy cost
Oh and also survivors take longer to break the cage than it does for the hunter and their cooldown for going through the boundaries to the other side is longer for survivors as well. And there's a split second where survivors can walk through the cage after its placed so you shouldn't place it right on top of them and instead, at least a step or two away so that they can still accidentally get teleported.
He is quite useless when survivors team up in groups of two. You can literally do nothing since one will break your cage and the other kites you. Then you meet a doctor and a perfumer duo which will take up to 7 hits if not more to down only one of them. He is weak when it come to tight kiting. It’s a newer version of mad eyes. Can do shit only if underestimated.
