      @@HolisticMenopauseWellness Very bad hot flashes & sweating at night, fatigue, brain fog, sugar cravings & weight gain. I’m working diligently to reverse these symptoms through natural healing & avoid any hormonal pills.

      I'm glad the information helps you. It's good to avoid certain foods too, that may be causing you to feel anxiety and brain fog, such as sugary foods, simple carbohydrates and processed foods. Hope this helps.
