He is good knowledge about jkpcs as well as English If he sit on this chair it' means he have lot of knowledge as well experienced so you can't judge him by few words sentiment he is the person who analysing a person for the civil administration so you should judge him judge other is not great thing but judge overself is better thing
Jkas is not only about to speak in English ..... It demands that u should be fit and fine in each and every angle.... No doubt he was not in final list but after the gap of one year he had got selected.....
