    I think job analysis and description is the most crucial and important to an organisation coz w/o it, there might have duplicacy of jobs and functions

    Performance appraisal is more important... It requires in every organization to maintain employees. If performance appraisal happen in every year then employee gets motivated and turn over will decrease and also compensation is important because if a employee get benefits from the organization they will keep themselves secure and will focus towards their job.

    Under the functions of HRM we have managerial functions procurement development motivation compensation maintenance integration emerging issues and under that we have sub concepts whatever you have explained is enough or we should write it in a detailed manner in our HRM exam please let me know as we have referred through the textbook we have found this huge amount of 6 pages
