    Hi Dave, Owen - RE: Debt Recycling if you have a Dollar Cost Averaging approach, how can you utilise the debt recycling approach given if you split your loan, then having to redraw lets say $100K, and would have to move it all immediately to your brokerage account to demonstrate to the ATO that it is used for investment purposes. However, if its moved to brokerage account, its no longer offsetting against your home loan, nor is it yet actually invested in shares nor earning any interest there. Isn't that a bit of a "lose" situation?
