Пропорции не знаю, но думаю тут все на глаз и личный вкус)

As Genovese I appreciate the fact you did it with mortar, I also appreciate the potatoes and the green beans that is very typical. The only thing that I have to complain is that you didn't use pine nuts but you used something else that I didn't understand what it was, and you even cooked them. The rest of the ingredients are correct. I love how you put parmigiano AND pecorino as the traditional recepie. You have my congratulations, it's rare to find a good pesto made from someone that is not from Genova.

There's some where I ate well and I can suggest you, but I'm pretty sure they're not the best you can find and that price.
