Thank you Cherie! As a lefty who throws the ball with a similar speed and rev rate, I very much appreciate your insight. I hope you'll do more ball reviews in the future!
I love you ladies videos. I am a left-hander as well but my ball speed is softer. I am trying to pay more attention to the shape, how the ball hits the pocket etc. This was very helpful and informative!
Thanks for the comparison video Cherie! I am actually thinking of getting an asymm hybrid for the top of my bag, like a Magic Gem or Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid. As far as asymm solids go, the Eternity Pi may suit me best. I definitely wouldn't have more than I of these types of balls in my bag for a 6 ball arsenal.
I like these videos being in a local context and style that is similar to mine I have been told to look for a good coach to teach me for a few sessions instead of getting a heavy oil ball since I have a decent 3 ball arsenal (IQTNP, Raw Hammer Solid, Spare ball) Do you recommend anyone? Or a bowling school camp
You could always do both - Get a coach and a strong asymmetrical ball 💪 For coach recommendation, bowlers usually find a coach located nearest to their homes. You can search on Sports Sync for NROC registered coach :)
in other words, for bowler competing in a tournament, he/she can have 4 balls with same layout but with different coverstocks. do you think this will work?
if you're a leftie and your definition of different coverstocks meant a variation of urethane, solid, hybrid and pearl, it might work. if you're a right handed, highly not recommended. ideally, you would want your arsenal to work for you in different situations. with that, coverstock and layout are two parts of the whole equation.
The closest to the Reality would be either GEM (slower, smoother) or the Eternity PI (cleaner) Like Cherie said, the Clone will be the cleanest out of all the balls showed in this video.
Those transitions at the beginning are incredible! Aside from that, very informative and well demonstrated video.
Glad you like them!
love how the video was being edited 😍 as well as the ball reviews provided by cherie. great advice :)
thank you for recognising our efforts!

Thank you! If it helps, you can take videos of your ball path and replay it to see how it reacts with the pins

Why do you keep switching grips for the ball change? Dont you just have one for every ball?
To maintain the same feel of the thumbhole, same feel = higher chance of consistent shots
Any opinion on the dna?
if your rev is higher than your ball speed, then it might be not bad. if ball speed higher than rev rate, the gem or reality would be ideal.
