This was so deep in the pocket that I don't know if you'll ever find your way back out. An amazing variety of tones extracted from a minimalist kit, too. Music isn't a competition but you're winning it anyway.

This is exactly why I hate not having them option to play acoustic, nuance articulation and just the variety acustic gives is irreplaceable.

I love the fact that everytime you switch your right hand to the ride, you also insert new bassdrum patterns. It makes the solo breathe. To me, i'm listening to a song made of intro, verses, choruses and outro.

It reminds me of these great grooves Id have going through my head as I walked a mile to school in the morning. 4/4 time Every step I took 1234 then Id be like doing this thing where im clicking a melody with my teeth...Im almost positive I came up with that groove myself in like 1979! That and a whole lot of others. If only I read and could write drum parts on paper I could pull them all out and show them to you. They grooved. my man!

Making sick grooves impresses me so much more than cheap chops. I see so many drummers on youtube trying to be so stylish but the reality is this is sounds much better.
