Elevator Adventure at the Crowne Plaza, St. Louis

[Recorded August 2012; Featuring Cannycart] Crowne Plaza deserves a huge pat on the back for this. They spent the money to add two scenic elevators on the side of the building (which I'm sure was an enormous expense) to get their guests to their rooms faster. Now, the elevator lobby is very unique--and a bit confusing too! This video shows the speed difference between the old interior elevators and the newer scenic ones. It's pretty dramatic.

That would be very expensive, and they seem to be getting the job done fairly well as they are now (notice that they weren't stopping on every floor or filling up too badly).

Can you do a drag race somebody is in the scenic and somebody else is in the non-scenic elevator I know the non-scenic one is slower I just want to know by how much

Future these elevator need to upgrade the speed to all elevators in this hotel.

They should add Otis compass which I think is better but no offense to the people who like miconic 10 I just ride more Otis elevators more than Schindler but I do find lots of dover vandal resistant everywhere on campus and impulse and US elevator's and everyone that I ride their company has been defunct but I still have respect to the elevator's so now I Ride lots of Otis so I am on their side but if we had Schindlers where I live I might be on their side.

the speed on the senic and older are sad, although the senic is fast, the other 4 out of 6 are slow, so its really dumb. They need otis to come fix up these speedys
