Finally, Dark Raiden had a chance to shine without anymore problems. And apparently the "There are fates worse than death" phrase is played out. I like the "You may be eternal, but you are not invulnerable." phrase. And it's nice that it relieves him from being dark. He turns back to his light self. Dark Raiden had wasted potential in the other games, but here, looks like it did him justice and he dealt with Shinnok in a more smarter way. I'm happy he succeeded here, but I wish this event was canon.
I never complained about how Dark Raiden was done in MK11, but here, he’s unexpectedly more Badass. If Cassie Cage sees how Dark Raiden dealt with Shinnok, she’d be like, “Oh my...😮”
Interesting that mk1 Raiden says that the only constant in the universe is change, something more positive while this Raiden says the only constant in the universe is Kombat, something more discouraging and something terrible that lasts for eternity
Not by normal means of course. That's why he trapped him in his own amulet, after slicing off his arms and legs, leaving him forever powerless, so that no one can truly revive him, or his power again. This is especially for a Fallen Elder God. This Raiden was the smartest.
For those of you who don’t know Shinnok ENSLAVED EVERYONE! Even SHAONKAHN AND SINDEL Yes Shinnok was officially now SHAO KAHN AND SINDELS MASTER! I was waiting for this for a long time Shinnok already had Onaga as his minion long ago and now it was time Shao Kahn was Shinnoks minion as well Raiden absorbed shinnoks own dark energy and elder god power when absorbed within the amulet it allowed Raiden to not only become dark raiden but an elder god once again That alone wasn’t enough to defeat shinnok However…Shinnok was still too powerful He was at the Nexus the same place Onaga met Shijinko at long ago Shinnok was ready to destroy the realms from there Deadly alliance intervened defeating his minions Since they retained Shinnoks immortality from when they tasted his power he couldn’t kill them so he tried to absorb them This is when Raiden was released and the deadly alliance and dark raiden went to seek out soul stones and when draining them it weakened Shinnok, allowing him to be vulnerable and weakened once again What really helped raiden win is that he weakened Shinnok yet again Raiden once again as he did in mk11 held shinnoks power and evil within him making him much stronger And also he used that to absorb the power of the bone temple further enhancing Raiden and THIS is what allowed dark raiden to overwhelm the elder god shinnok….. Shinnok was already leagues and leagues above the deadly alliance and Shao Kahn If shao Kahn was a minion to him then it only shows how strong shinnok wws raiden killed Shao Kahn wirh Shinnoks power whixu allowed it and also enabled Raidwn to defeat Shinnok aftwr raidwn received another power boost moral of the story raiden couldnt defeat shinnok on his own he needed shinnoks own elder god power flowing through him AND to go on a quest to weaken shinnok qne then finally raiden absorbing bone temples energy ro finally put down Shinnok Dark raiden being dark doesnt give him a power boost alone it only lets him be unrestrained but alone that wont put down the elder god i thinj ppl need to recognize dark raiden becamw dark and stronger bcuz he had Shinnoks own elder god power through him making him both evil and an elder god himself
Now that is a Dark Raiden Fatality
Now this is *MORE* Vengeance than MK1’s Dark Raiden (Campaign). That’s the true vibe *WE* want.
Hell yeah!

It in some way is because of mk1 with the multiple timelines.
@@Lorenzomakaay Ah, okay. :)
Yo Shaar that is so great and amazing scene which raiden kills shinnok, you deserve more Shaar
Dark Raiden's redemption
Finally

Onslaught did what mk11 couldn't, gave us a good raiden. ALL HAIL ONSLAUGHT, ALL HAIL ONSLAUGHT
What I Never See That 😮 My God
Dark Raiden must win.
1:07 dark raiden fatal blow quote from mk1
There are fates worse than death!
Well done, Raiden!!!
👍👍👍👍👍

when are we going to see fatalities in MK Onslaught?
Was that a Wrath of Khan reference from Shinnok?
Yes
Though nothing could kill an elder god

@@HRPNX-vl4uu that makes a lot of sense
When a mobile game has better lighting and textures than mk1 💀
🥱
@@danifernandezgonzalez2133I had the same face when I spent $150 on an incomplete product
You don’t know anything about modeling, graphic design, and lighting
MK1 has way better graphics than MK11
@@Dr490n28 okiez. imma be quiet cause I don’t bully blind people
So like this is the end of the game? Or just that chapter?
Only story
@@GoldRichness okay thanks!
Why didn’t the elder gods throw him under the jail like this the first time around? Oh that’s right they’re crap
well... Onslaught is dead!
Bad Raiden more powerful!
For those of you who don’t know
Shinnok ENSLAVED EVERYONE!
Even SHAONKAHN AND SINDEL
Yes Shinnok was officially now SHAO KAHN AND SINDELS MASTER!
I was waiting for this for a long time
Shinnok already had Onaga as his minion long ago and now it was time Shao Kahn was Shinnoks minion as well
Raiden absorbed shinnoks own dark energy and elder god power when absorbed within the amulet it allowed Raiden to not only become dark raiden but an elder god once again
That alone wasn’t enough to defeat shinnok
However…Shinnok was still too powerful
He was at the Nexus the same place Onaga met Shijinko at long ago
Shinnok was ready to destroy the realms from there
Deadly alliance intervened defeating his minions
Since they retained Shinnoks immortality from when they tasted his power he couldn’t kill them so he tried to absorb them
This is when Raiden was released and the deadly alliance and dark raiden went to seek out soul stones and when draining them it weakened Shinnok, allowing him to be vulnerable and weakened once again
What really helped raiden win is that he weakened Shinnok yet again
Raiden once again as he did in mk11 held shinnoks power and evil within him making him much stronger
And also he used that to absorb the power of the bone temple further enhancing Raiden and THIS is what allowed dark raiden to overwhelm the elder god shinnok…..
Shinnok was already leagues and leagues above the deadly alliance and Shao Kahn
If shao Kahn was a minion to him then it only shows how strong shinnok wws
raiden killed Shao Kahn wirh Shinnoks power whixu allowed it and also enabled Raidwn to defeat Shinnok aftwr raidwn received another power boost
moral of the story
raiden couldnt defeat shinnok on his own he needed shinnoks own elder god power flowing through him AND to go on a quest to weaken shinnok qne then finally raiden absorbing bone temples energy ro finally put down Shinnok
Dark raiden being dark doesnt give him a power boost alone it only lets him be unrestrained but alone that wont put down the elder god
i thinj ppl need to recognize dark raiden becamw dark and stronger bcuz he had Shinnoks own elder god power through him making him both evil and an elder god himself
