I bought this a few years back. Got it for sale for i believe $45 canadian. It a great small addition to gym. It does help with strengthening the lower back and releasing some pain. Depending on height and weight you might have to set your feet up in a way so u dont tilt over.
@@CanadianBacon6ix Wow you got it for a great price! I’ve wondered what the limits are in terms of height and weight. Might have to toss a weight on the back legs of the machine if you’re really tall
GHD can work, but much harder to start on if dealing with pain. The 45 degree angle is a great place to start with isometrics since it’s more gentle than being completely horizontal on a GHD. I’ll usually use GHD as a progression for people after the Roman chair 👍

Ordered! Thank you
Of course, I hope you like it! Again, not the most fun assembly process, but worth it for the cost 👍
Does a GHD work the same? Or do you need that 45 degree to strengthen the lower back?

@@natebackunbroken Oh okay! Thanks for taking the time to respond!
home tour?
Haha not unless there’s some fitness or physical therapy value that I can weave into it. Any ideas?
