The sooner SPD is done, the better! However, when used together with Menreiki, Kamaitachi, and other action gauge up shikigami, lowering it to 200+ or 220+ is one way to go.

Yes, we won all the battles, although some battles were cut. Some people retired immediately and the number of battles was low, so we did intentionally lower the Pt.
If the single attack skill (English name unknown) is not at lvl 5, then Seimei is fine. Well, you can use Yorimitsu, but you may not find it very strong.
