The news reporter was the worst! Her response was an "ok" after he answered every question and the fact she had to look at notes and the way she just said "Ok thank you" and just got up and walk off camera......weird!

When this story first broke, it was something about Gannon's sweet face in the photo that made me keep following the story. So glad she was found guilty of what she did to that precious little boy.
I just want to hug him and say thank you for allowing G's story to be shared. He's a strong, brave and inspirational man who's not afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve. Letecia was lucky to have him xxx

This the worst interviewer ever. OMG “let me look at my notes to see if I covered everything “? Questioning a man about the horrific death of his son should not require notes surely. It was so clinical

She wasn't very professional & not very caring,considering everything that this man has suffered through.
Also, why won’t she show her face? Seeing the back of her head only reminds me of the interview Tecia did.
The interviewer was ill prepared and lacked empathy towards Al. She was stone cold and at the end begins to stand up. Did she even shake Al's hand? Al kept himself composed.

Al was very gracious and sincere. I pray his, and Landen's, road ahead is paved with peace and happiness.
I really don’t like that we see the back of the interviewers head only. 😬 It reminds me of the interview Tecia did where she says she can’t wait for an apology for all of the “false accusations” she got.
Al was lied to, told he was going to be a father of twins, etc, she was such a master manipulator. She wasn’t getting the reciprocation she wanted, but at this point. Al had caught her in so many lies. Big lies. I’m glad the judge pointed out what LS did to Al in Alaska, to cause hurt to so many, accusing people in his unit of sexual harassment, so SHE could have control whether Al stayed in AK or not. She had to have control of everything. That monster… I hope she suffers every day of the rest of her days.
I could tell she made him uncomfortable based off other interviews he’s given. None the less, happy he has a newborn son at home that will remind him of Gannon and bring him peace. Sooo much love to this family❤
I think her weird questions were part of it.
I don’t think the questions were weird, I think she pushed him by asking a few more difficult questions no one else dared to, such as if she was so manipulative why did he stick with her. I liked that question and wish there were more questions like this. However, I did not like the interview style of this reporter.

We all know service members are never home. He never saw anything he was never home. Where was Ganno’s village when he needed them.
They were there but unfortunately they were pretty new to the area. As soon as they knew something was up the entire community rallied. That has to really say something for how wonderful a people they all are there

This was a poorly executed interview with Gannon's father and couldn't finish watching it. My heart goes out to this man as he now goes on without his baby. It's not fair. Gannon's disappearance ending in his murder has affected me so much, I'm still processing it. Gannon's memory lives on.
@kktv please share where we can help financially support Al, from what i hear the trial set him back 40 grand,we cant let him have to absorb that after all he has already lost.

This man cheated on his wife with Letica. His wife and her were friend too.
He only known Letica for 4 months and married her. You got to be kidding me.
This has all red flags all over it. Now Al is married again with another child. His son's death was just 3 years ago.

I know Gannon had to tell his Dad a few times. My stepmom is not nice. He was so much whipped by her, and putting his military career first.
Again I know Gannon and his sister have said some to Al. Al brushed it under the rug. smh
If I was Gannon Mother. I would sue him. Their child died on his watch. Oh excuse me Letica watch. He is so busy with the Military, and keeping the kids away from their biological mother.
Believe me a lawyer will take the case and WIN! Oh yes... Sue Harley Hunt too. She helped covered it up.

You can look at his face in this interview. He knows GANNON CRIED TO HIM ABOUT HER! He didn't do anything about it.
How come he didn’t see or know anything about the abuse. Was he always away? I wondered why his son didn’t say anything or the others. She must of been hurting him for a long time.

He carries some of the responsibility for what happened to his son. There must have been red flags along the way. At the very least, WHY didn't Gannon tell him about what was going on or did he tell him and wasn't believed??? Very strange.
I have so much respect for this man and for Landon! They really have so much grace in their being!! Tee is a disgusting evil human being for doing what she did to that poor boy, we all know this!! But even before she hurt G, she still was that disgusting evil human being but just was able to hide it!

I think its really sad that youtube creators make money whilst streaming the devistation that this poor family have gone through but dont offer any donation to this fund😢
Letecia's actions... or in this case... also her inactions are why this case gained national attention. The fact that Gannon was only 11. But mostly her disingenous interview and inaction made me think she did it.
Is the "raw" of the title the abrasiveness and gracelessness of the Interviewer?

That reporter is so naive to think that this story 'may' have gone beyond the borders of America; trust me it was worldwide. People from all over the world avidly watched the trial, and the events leading up to it. Her name was, and still is internationally well known, and no doubt will be forever; she will be known always as the wicked stepmom, and rightly so.

Honestly, yeah I feel bad for the guy but seriously come on! I've been thinking that this whole time too...1. I don't know how in the world she could get ANY one to stick around for very long including friends. 2. You know she was acting crazy throughout their relationship, why in heck would he have stayed with her for so long! I think I heard him mention in another interview that their marriage was on its way out but he definitely waited way too long sadly🤯
Landon did a beautiful victim’s statement at Leticias sentencing. I think it was tacky that Al brought his gum chewing new wife with him up to the podium for his statement in court. He is now onto his third wife and already has a new son with her. He should have concentrated his attention on his remaining child, instead of jumping into a new marriage and family. IMO.
I am so sorry for your loss I followed the story from day one, and I knew she had something to do with it at first but as things started happening, I knew she did your little Angel is in heaven and at peace know more that the Demon is locked 🔒 away for ever once again I am sorry for you little boy and wish you both nothing but prayers for both

I love Al and Landon and their families. It's terrible the circumstances around poor little Gannon being how we got to see interviews with them, and feel like we got to know them a little, but it has always been evident what wonderful people they are. Letecia was such a demon in their lives. It's the worst kind of shame the terrible evil she inflicted upon Gannon and all of them, but I have nothing but admiration and respect for how they have handled themselves.

@@cathy1672The story is, that Al, Landon and Leticia, all played on a softball league. Al was still married to Landon when he cheated on her with Leticia. He divorced Landon and married Leticia within four months. You can’t tell me Leticia was normal before all this happened.

I dont know how it works legally in the US, but Al has really to find a way to get his family name remove from Letecia. Stauch belongs to him and his family, especially to Gannon... she does not deserve to be associated to any of them any longer. Of course if she was a decent kind person she would do it herself but nothing kind to expect from this monster

People need to pay close attention to who and what they put a ring on…She is obviously beyond trashy and psychotic yet he married her anyway. Let’s face it…Men get so caught up in the sex of it all and so blinded by lust and ego gratification that they throw all caution to the wind with such women, which can easily lead to tragedy and disaster. The way I see it poor Gannon had two pitiful biological parents who placed their own needs, comforts, and desires before their child’s well-being and somehow the public wants to make them out to be heros??…Sad situation at best!

Sometimes I wonder if Al hadn’t been having an affair with Heather if Gannon would still be alive. He cheated on Landen w T bag and cheated on T bag with Heather. Sooo selfish and sad for Gannon. 😢
It’s sad, but cheating is not a crime. No matter what the history, taking a life is not acceptable or normal. Al also I think is one of those people that cannot be alone, that is why he moved on so quickly! That surprised me personally, already married with a new baby. Wow. There is obviously more to this family dynamic than anyone is willing to acknowledge or ask because of this horrible tragedy. I had friends for example, that were in relationships with people clearly mentally I’ll, and they totally ignored it or denied it. Usually these type of people cannot stand to be alone.

How come he didn't have custody of the children that's what I heard. At one time he didn't I Could be wrong but I read that. Prayers to everybody involved so so sad. Justice was served.
He did. People have weird questions. I get if you haven't actually been following along the whole time, it's just that this stuff has all been answered over and over. The mom had health issues due to the birth of her third child. Letecia made up lies that it was drug problems but it wasn't, it was that she was in the hospital for quite a long time. He had custody of the kids.
Australian here 🙋🙋 I've heard of this, albeit not at the time, I don't remember being aware of it until videos announcing the trial would start soon started popping up in my RUclips news feed..... Not sure which clip I watched that sparked my interest, all I know is I started watching every day of the trial from day 4, and then I checked every single day to catch up on what happened in the court that day .. So yep, this case has spread outside of America . Sucks to be Leticia now, image seemed to be what she based her entire existence on, well now she's always gonna be known as an evil lying monster & that image is world friggin wide !! She will never bE able to change that image now . Hopefully shes aware that she's hated ACTUALLY around the world, and her only image is liar, selfish, evil, and all females hate her for giving us a bad rap with her evil stepmother b.s. It will eat away at her til she actually DOES go insane for real bcoz she can't hack not being able to fix her image ..!! 😅😅😂😅😂
I’m sorry but this woman came off a little cold, maybe robotic but how can you not in your closing after you “lemme just check, yup I am thinking asked all my questions…ok thank you”, what? As stated how can you not look at him and close out with “on a personal note I must want to tell you how sorry I am, he’ll be in your heart forever” or at least covey some sort of sympathetic words not as a reporter but a human being 🤔. She understands she can be spiteful with is keeping Staunch as her last name. She has no bio children with the last name to be responsible for. Not one excuse but to be a jerk. If she knew it bothered you, she wasn’t going to alter that.
However, on the bright side. Every time she tells someone her name, they will associate her with Gannon Stauch. Automatically a new introduction to a new inmate will reveal that she did because forever their first association will be… “As in Gavin Staunch? Oh! I know you and what you did”. That will be her hell on earth for what she did. I see her as manipulative and semi-intelligent, a dangerous combo. So, she may realize the association as well. Eventually, she will voluntarily change it. There will be no incognito on her behaviors though. Every letter of complaint/false claim will be brought to light, “What is she trying to accomplish now…🙄” will be everyone’s thoughts each time. She is a joke and keeping the last name for now only marks her with another title.
I saw on the comments that all has a new son but until you lose a love one you will find out you can never replace the one you lost the hole will always be there so you can't compare Gagnon was Gagnon and that is that and his new family will get to have a new chapter but for Dad and mom the previous one will one be for both parents toremember:39
