Heyyyy! Thank you so much :-). So good to see you! Hair loss is so unfortunate for us ladies going through it. And many women suffer from it. It’s real and nothing to be ashamed of. It’s something I have learned to deal with. I used to try all these “hair growth treatments” and nothing worked for me. So I have learned to just deal with it!

Y’all , I have had breast cancer twice and chemo took my hair. I was hurt because my hair was my glory and a part of my womanhood and femininity. It has nothing to do with insecurity at all. Now, the double mastectomy did cause insecurity and loosing both and my ovaries caused depression. Please be mindful of our reasons and out why because everyone suffers differently when it comes to these subjects. Congratulations on your move Kay and you look good Tee. Rock that cut and color like the queen you are.
First of all thank you for sharing your story and you’re right Kim, insecure is not the right word. We never want to come across as insensitive. We understand women go through health issues that cause them to lose their hair. I suffer from alopecia and it’s frustrating. Hair can be a sensitive topic and everyone feels differently. And really it’s a personal preference too. I just love short hair on me and am not attached to it, but of course that’s just me. Our message really was you should not let your hair define you! We appreciate your thoughtful response and thank you for the continued support!

Dont worry we won’t be deleting the channel lol! Although Kay will be in another state, she will be only 2 hours away so I will be visiting and we will be exploring thrift spots near her. The show must go on!

I have tried so many hair elixirs and all these different treatments that were supposed to help grow your hair in. All that did was waste my time and coins lol! I’ve learned with natural hair and alopecia treatments…that what works for one person, might not work for the next. I am so content and satisfied with my short hair. Very low maintenance! Thank you for your kind words and we will keep you updated on our journeys!
