Such an innovative way to make a living. It's beautiful to watch him and his team creating these natural snacks.
The process looks so satisfying. and man, are they skillful using that grater!!
He not done properly, from start to finish.
I was just craving plantain chips (kelewele flavor) Lol
Your humility is extraordinary exceptional, never depart from it JASMINE, it will take you to places.
Is true paaa. Her humility is amazing. I always say, she's gonna be a good wife
We have this in Haiti 🇭🇹, mostly the savory ones and we call it papita. It’s sold everywhere in the streets.
You sounded so sweet speaking in your native tongue. I just truly admire your how authentic you are. No fakeness. As usual, thanks for these relatable content. WE love you.
❤️
My sister I love hear you speak your native language at the end of video follow your bless. Enjoy watching
Thanks Jasmine! I fell in love with kelewele (I've been spelling it all wrong!) within hours of landing in Accra on my first trip Ghana. I almost missed out on a treat because with my American aesthetic I turned my nose up at the street food wrapped in newspaper. After having it, I had to have it at least twice a day! On that first trip, Kelewele was a metaphor for my whole experience. I remembered to be open about trying new foods and experiences and to not constantly compare them with how things are packaged and done in the US. I had to trust that my hosts would not have eat anything that would make me ill or put me in situations that weren't safe. Love for Ghana (&kelewele!)
Hahaa lovely story. I dunno anyone who hates kelewele tbh. So glad it changed ur perspective a bit. We can all get like that sometimes xx
Jasmine I really love your channel! Your story is so inspiring especially as a Ghanaian in the west (U.S.) as well. I haven’t been in Ghana since I was very young and it’s refreshing to see this, I often show my parents this as well. Keep up your honest work, it’s very much appreciated ! ❤️
Chaley come to ghana a lot has changed. I too travelled out of ghana very young I was 8 years old and first time I went back after 20 years, I enjoyed every bit of my stay there and if it wasn't for this bloody pandemic I would've been back for Easter hoping to go christmas
Gloria Sarp same!!
@@makeupbygloria true.. U are missing out
Amazing Jasmine Ama giving us the BEST of every day Ghanaian work and business life of hardworking Ghanaians. It is so amazing to watch all these processes of products and services we experience, not knowing what it takes for theses providers to get to us the consumers.
Imagine this is Africa in 21st century at the dawn of its Industrial Revolution. It blows my mind we have come this far and our people have resiliently supported their economies with what they have, and what they know BEST before the adaptation of technology and digital economy. This is simple amazing.
Thank you Jasmine for being an Orginal. And doing such high standard quality of compilation footages. You ask the perfect questions in your footages. You and Maya a top notch in the quality of your contents. More Blessings.
Thank u Doreen ❤️
We don't have this in Mozambique. I think they would be a hit 🥰.
Wow it totally is!😂
You start a business then, think about it🤔
Belqees Shuaib I live in the US. I sent it to a family member hoping it would inspire her 😀
Time for you to start a shop of your own. Look at Ali, he employs 12 people, which is a wonderful act.
I love your channel, because it highlights the working and middle class worker and producers of Ghana. Those people are the engine of a nation. In order to do something of this nature you have to have your heart tuned to the love and care of humanity and I see and hear that through your interactions with your subjects. Great job, everyone has a voice and a story and your platform is giving that to many. Keep up the good work. 🙏
Jazz you know you are on top of your game when you can make a very nice video at the spur of the moment. YOU ARE GIFTED.
She just very hard working.. edting & filming weekly isn't easy
So those two people that gave a thumbs down what's there not to like about the video...smh. Great job Ama. I like that in watching how all these are made (including the bread making video), it's not only women involved in the process. The men are fully involved and I applaud them!
They hungry and jealous 😅😅
Great and amazing content. #jasmine ama, the virtuous woman. This plantain Chips is all over Germany now, in supermarkets. How I wish we can brand it well and start exporting. Ghana 🇬🇭 is gifted with so many things.
Cant believe how fast they cut and the last piece also gets sliced. Good job as usual Jasmine!!👍👍
Thank you My Queen Jasmine
They say there are no jobs in Ghana but you are showing different. People that started small and now employ many others. These people seem to love what they do

Hello Jasmine! I really enjoyed this video because plantain chips are one of my most FAVORITE snacks to eat when I am in Ghana. My boyfriend's aunt makes delicious plantain chips in Akim Oda. I usually eat several bags when I am there, take some back to Accra to eat and bring as many as I can back to the states and my sisters eat them all...LOL This was another great background story to highlight some of the many wonderful things that people enjoy in Ghana! Be blessed❤❤💙💙
Great video. You do a wonderful job.

I love this snack😍. We also have it in Surinam. The way he is using the mandolin without safety handle, is giving me anxiety🙈🙈🙈.

I love plantains! It’s my favorite! I saw Naabas Kitchen(YT)and she used a knife (lol) to cut plantains in bite size pieces. Which I prefer using than a mandolin. Seasoned with salt and cayenne pepper. It looked tastily savory (lol). ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Great video Jasmine !
