    Summary :-
    1) 10 pm to 2 am [ Best time for deep sleep ]
    2) Try to wake up at Bhram Mahurat [ less brain fog , more focus & concentration ]
    3) Sleep & have dinner early to wake up early
    Tip :- Sleep between 11 to 6 am

    Bhai m dono hi tarah se weak hu ..har samay bas adhura sa..bojhil sa lagta h...or aisa lagta h m janti hu ki mujhse kuch nhi hone vala...kyunki m apne daily goals ko bhi kabhi poora nhi kar pati ...or fir exams bigad jate h 😔...filmy line nhi bol rhi...par sach m toota hua sa mehsoos hota h ❤️‍🩹

      I think you should have a proper diet. Get proper sleep..whatever that is to you. And exercise..!! There is no greater wealth than your own health...whatever problems you face now will not matter in a year or 5 years Max. But if you get in the habit of working out and being healthy in general, that will stay with you even when you're old.

    Sabka mind alag alag h mein 8 baje se phle nhi uta kabhi bhi mager mein 8 bajte hi chair par beth jata tha jab log nahate or kanaa kate tab mein padai karat or mrg ka breakfast nhi karta tha mein direct 2 pm kata tha kana taki pese bache thode or ye kaam 8bje se 2pm tak roj daily padta tha bas mujhe apne kaane par control karna aa gya to 2pm jab utta to mein bhot khuch kar leta ...phir nahata kata or sab karta or 4 pm aaram se bethta or 5 pm se 1 mock deta ye kaam daily 3 month kiya jab log newayear celebration kar rhe the tab bhi mein kiya or sab dosto ko block kiya yha tak ki sister ko bhi block kiya 3 month or only watsup use karta yputube per study vedio only dekta aaj final conclusion chamatkar hua
    Mere bhot exam qualify hue
    Final mein gurupd railways join kiya or cand w post per hua
    Then resign kar diya or aaj mein commercial cum ticket ctc post per join kiya h 🎫🎫
    Only regular karo chamatkar hota h or sabka mind alag alag h

    Bhaiji I have a problem, my marks are not increasing beyond 63-65 in oliveboard's ibps clerk mocks
    Including weekly live test. On solving previous year papers given on testbook app I am able to score 70+ in ibps clerk mocks. Please guide me, what further steps should be taken by me in this regard.

    Dont fall for this 5hrs sleep trap...when I was in school and college days I used to sleep 5-6hrs..now I have sleep disorder... sleep 7-8 hours when you are going to teen to adult
    ..sleep will automatically reduced with increase in age ..dont forcely reduce it

    Hmm toh din mein 8-9 ghante sote bht km pdte ar 5 pre clear ek mains bhi final nhi bss because of general category it does not depend on how many hours you studied it depend how you utilized that hour your focus should be on study but at the same time you should engage in extracircular activity so that in exam Hall you don't experience stress and nervousness

      Afternoon nap lena bht acha h lekin chair pr baithe baithe. Agr bed pr let kr nap loge to fir aapki aadat bn jaayegi or ye acha sanket nhi h.
      Nap lo chair pr baithe baithe, 15 minute ka timer lga kr, peeche ki taraf lean ho skte ho chair pr.
      4 ghnte ki sleep sahi nhi h

    Prabhu gi mere itni jaldi nind nhi aati mein thoda sa sham mein soo jata hu 1,2 ghante fir tab se jage jage raat ke 4 baje jaakar sota hu target pura karne ke baad then tab 4 se subha ke 9,9:30 tak uthta hu or apni thakur sewa karta hu fir padhne bethta hu kya ye shi hai mein late night study karne mein jyda comfortable feel karta hu kya ye shi hai?
