Hello sir. I want to ask you something, hope u interested enough to answer🙏🏻 for my research topic is; aeration for plants (the group was with aeration and without aeration).
So, can i just observe the aeration performance on raw water? I mean, I just observed the difference oxygen level of raw water with-and-without aerator.
Thus, I didn't observed the oxygen level when/during the cultivation of the plants. So i mean, the only thing I observed during the cultivation process was the final weight.
Then, I will link the results of: (1) observations of the performance (o2 level's difference) on raw water with-and-without aerator, and (2) the difference of the final weight of cultivation with-and-without aerator a.k.a only in terms of the weight, not observing the o2 level in nutrient solution with-and-without aerator during cultivation anymore --> like: "the final weight between the two groups was not significantly different despite the fact that the aerator makes oxygen level higher" or vice versa. Which is, what ever the result is (the plant weight) will be link to or based on graphics (poin (1)) on that raw water.
Hoping you guide me because im stuck of my (this) method. Im just assumed with this kind of method/observation, i can use 1 graphic only (poin (1)) for more than one plant as object to comparing final weight of cultivation with-and-without aerator and in any different time of cultivation. So than the poin (1) can be functionated as 'the general data of the o2 difference with-and-without aerator'.
Thank you before sir, hoping you answer me🙏🏻🙏🏻
