to be fair one of the MAJOR plot points + world mechanics of the story is that their society has next to no idea what the heck they are doing with magic: they have lots of "if I bang this rock in this way it does this" kinda stuff recorded and horded but even among the hoity-toity elves their knowledge of fundamental mechanics is so bad that they don't know the magical equivalent of which way is up or how to tell pushing from pulling. ^as near as I can tell the elves were basically sticks-and-stones tribal units until the humans started invading, they have been slowly pulling ahead in the couple thousand years since then because they live for centuries and they are slightly smarter on average (they have near-identical baseline intelligence and similar baseline thinking methods they just get a mild healing factor keeping everything running smoother and centuries of being a 20-something with the matching brain development stage which is a _huge_ advantage when dedicating individuals purely too education is still cripplingly expensive for your society) but they are still essentially near-primitives who have only recently taken up farming and long term environment management with some cheats that help them disguise it as a medieval/renaissance society.
So since each clone is based off of the memories of each person, I tried to put together who I think each clone is from. Laios clones: The big one I think is how Senshi sees him. He wouldn’t judge Laios for eating monsters and i think being Senshi being smaller would think Laios would be a giant in comparison. The crossed eye one I think is Marcille’s. Since she knows him the longest she would probably see him as dumb first since the monster eating is new for him. Which leaves the monster eating obsessed one for Chilchuck which makes sense since he’s the one who worries Laios will always being that up to people. Senshi clones: We know one is Laois’ since it was said. The one with the wack cooking tools I think is Marcille’s. Seems she only has a vague of how to cook. The “handsome” one I think is Chilchuck’s. It can’t be Marcille since she was confused by the fact that he seemed more “handsome” while the other two accepted that Senshi’s handsome. *cough cough* also cause she’s gay *cough cough* lol Marcille’s clones: The overly “pretty” one I wanna say Senshi’s, he seems like he only had a “vague” idea of Marcille as a whole. The one with the “dopey” hand writing I think is Laois’ since he isn’t good about the “details” like the hand writing in the book. That would make the remaining one Chilchuck’s since the clone mentions eating fish eggs which only Chilchuck or Laos would know. Chilchuck clones: Again, we know one is Laois since we are told. The one with “dopey” tools I think is Senshi, he doesn’t seem to really “get” what he does. Then the other one has to be Marcille’s then which makes sense since she would get a better idea of Chilchuck then the others..
I would say itis a much bigger threat for advanced parties. for new parties, everyone will look and/or act obviously different but if you have the perfect party, where everyone knows the ins and outs of his members, all of them will look and act the same.
Its kinda fun just trying to figure out which version of each character is based off who's memory. The baby Chilchuck is probably Marcille's due to the perception of his age. The edgy Marcille is probably Chilchuck's, because he was the most creeped out by black magic. The marcille with high cheeks and lipstick was most likely senshi's. The handsome Senshi was probably Chilchuck's because Marcille thought he looked odd, and we know Laios' one. And I can imagine Laios thinking magical formula looking like children's doodles.
Laios read Marcilles book when trying to cure her petrification (also him not paying attention to her hairstyles whatsoever, fits as well). Chilchuck goes out of his way to avoid learning about magic.

Who imagine marcille with the lipstick, giant laios and dashing senshi lol
1:40 Wait, which of Chilchucks gear makes the most sense then? I'm guessing the one on the right is the correct one?
They were only able to eliminate one Chilchuck by looking at the gear (the left one is wrong)
Do you know what is better than Marcille? Multiple Marcilles.
Delicious in dungeon? More like suspicious in dungeon…
Why she remind me of Ushio from Summer time rendering
😂😂😂😂
At least they aren't breaking their necks everytime they shift
Just ask for her to cast magic. If all can do it, more party members.
Long hair elf ladies so beautiful
Reminds me of the King of the Hill firehouse episode/Rashomon.
You could legitimately imagine a version of Dungeon Meshi where Serious Senshi was legit and Dopey Senshi was the fake.
Bro it’s just like hello neighbor 😂
It's like AI generated image that has the same general look but missing the details lmao
to be fair one of the MAJOR plot points + world mechanics of the story is that their society has next to no idea what the heck they are doing with magic: they have lots of "if I bang this rock in this way it does this" kinda stuff recorded and horded but even among the hoity-toity elves their knowledge of fundamental mechanics is so bad that they don't know the magical equivalent of which way is up or how to tell pushing from pulling.
Even the imposters are not sure
The Crawling Ones...
So since each clone is based off of the memories of each person, I tried to put together who I think each clone is from.
Laios clones:
The big one I think is how Senshi sees him.
Senshi clones:
We know one is Laois’ since it was said.
*cough cough* also cause she’s gay *cough cough* lol
Marcille’s clones:
The overly “pretty” one I wanna say Senshi’s, he seems like he only had a “vague” idea of Marcille as a whole.
The one with the “dopey” hand writing I think is Laois’ since he isn’t good about the “details” like the hand writing in the book.
That would make the remaining one Chilchuck’s since the clone mentions eating fish eggs which only Chilchuck or Laos would know.
Chilchuck clones:
Again, we know one is Laois since we are told.
The one with “dopey” tools I think is Senshi, he doesn’t seem to really “get” what he does.
Then the other one has to be Marcille’s then which makes sense since she would get a better idea of Chilchuck then the others..
Imposter....arrrrgh ( *insert Akira Leave me alone meme* )
These types of mimics can pose real threat to new adventurers with new members
Its ability is already a menace to any party, it can easily break the relationship between members by having their pov for everyone to see
I would say itis a much bigger threat for advanced parties. for new parties, everyone will look and/or act obviously different but if you have the perfect party, where everyone knows the ins and outs of his members, all of them will look and act the same.
@@calronkeltaran493 Also imagine if this is not a party of 4 but Shuro's group included
That would be 9 members total, so 81 people
@@bachtrinh8783fortunately they didn't go to this floor. Unless they have anti illusion spell or something
The clones are quite passive.
But the real Marciole would totally panic if you threat to put her in a cage with the monaters 💁
Solved... by barking.
Is that a wizard hat...farting on a broom?
Amongus
Cute elf I ever seen
Finally an anime series that goes beyond 12 episodes!
It was actually kinda hard to rell in the manga based on looks alone because of the monochrome
The fake rogue sat on a chest..??
The real one is terrified of chest monsters (or was until he survived an encounter?)
Wait, did they lock up the real Senshi?
Why didn’t they go to make a meal in front of the Marcille’s?
I kinda wish Epic!Marcille joined for real
"Real Life" vs "Cake" vs "A.I"
