I have already witnessed the power 'i have a voice' has in blowing away old negative perceptions. This so beautifully done and does justice to our beautiful children.
My half brother has Down syndrom and he is just the light of my family's life. Whenever I see him he's always smiling, except when he's tired. He has taught us that God sends miracles and a little baby can change the lives of hundreds of people.
This video really make me cry..I know how they feel and i know how thier parents feel because i'm one of them..These children are really special peoples..
What an amazing way to protray such amazing people!! I believe they are here for a reason to teach us to be kind and loving cause they sure are!! Thank you for showing this
Matthew, my half brother, is a miracale from God. It's amazing how one little baby, now six, can change the lives of hundreds of people. He's always smiling and always gives hugs. He never judges people, he never gives up. He's our little super hero. I love him more than anyone can ever know. This video is beautiful and I hope reaches out to all the thousands of biased individuales.
So Beautiful!!! I am so proud to be chosen to be Arianna's Mommy♥ She has forever enriched and changed out lives for the better, we all love her so much!
This trailer is awesome. Wonderfully mastered trailer! Beautiful!! As a parent of a wonderful DS child I am exited and proud to see this georgeous trailer. Thanks, Thanks, and to all keep promoting Down Syndrome awareness...!
Beautiful!!!...Didnt really pay much attention to D.S until i had one of my own (precous)...i thank god for her...wouldnt have it any other way or wouldnt wonna change her because it wouldnt be the same Mone'tt we know and love so much!!!, they are soooo beautiful!!!...love them all
Very cool video! I've got a sister with Down's, and through her I have met many others. They are an awesome group of people. It's unfortunate that they will never have the quality of life we 'normal' people will have, when they are the ones that are the real role models. They're tough, motivated, and fearless, and push on through all the discrimination and taunting they face.
This trailer is sooo touching, thanks for this beautiful portraits! I have a little daughter with DS and we love her sooo much - she's so tender! Why people make tests to avoid this beautiful angels?!?!
thank you sooo much am beside myself in bits...i love my son soo much and he has downs syndrome...my rocky merans the world to me i love him soo much just soo woried about how socioty will accept him...he the reason i live...xxx
Thomas, since you say that people with Down's are tough and fearless, and must overcome discrimination, I think you are saying that their disability brings out the best in them. Having the character to stand up for your beliefs is one of the best things in life. My 6 year old daughter Christina has had to fight to accomplish things her sisters took for granted. I think she and we are better people for it. Not only has her quality of life improved, but she has improved our quality of life too.
This video is right. They are human beings just like us. Just because they might look a little different or act a little weird doesnt mean they are any different then us. They can do all the same things we can.
In 2007, I found out that my aunt was pregnant with her second child and that he would be born with Down Syndrome. I don't know why, but I thought and expected myself to treat him differently; not in a bad way, but in the aspect of feeling sorry for him. I wouldn't have wanted him to enter the world any other way. I absolutely LOVE and ADORE my baby cousin and his birth has taught me the true meaning of loving unconditionally. P.S. He'll be 3 in May. YAY♥
I think it is a great video. It is too bad that some people even need to know the obvious, that everyone belongs and deserves to be, we are CREATED equal and it is only what happens afterwards that can ever change that.
there is no happyer people than they whit downsyndrom. if god wished us hell he would not have gived us thes angels. no cuter than to see a happy face on them :)
All beautiful children. All family. As some say as in the case of my son Rhys aged 10 with DS and autism: They are more caring. Mainstream humanity is a poor role model: Just too selfish and blind to its negative impact on itself & society.
