Squeak pro barber from O town is a beast he got me in the JRL and they cut smooth real smooth yes the guides seem shorter but it works for some reason they cut real clean

Chris these are my favorite clippers now . I just got my second clippers to use the fade blade . The fade is Bluuuuuurrry!! Ufff 🔥🔥🔥. In my Opinion the fades come out way better with the JRLs

I purchased the Ion Max 5 speed produce by Sally Beauty. Which are very similar, I mean very very similar so similar you can say it’s a clone. I end up buy the JRL Fade blade to put on the ION MAX. They have the same Gaurds and measurements. I use speed-o-guides with minds but I think I’m bout to start using the gaurds like the jrl. The blend pop out better with them. Great cut to fam

I love thecut bro👍💯. i been useing mying for 2 yesrs now you will get used to the click lever.but i love the jrl clippers bro i find that you dont need to use each notchs on the clipper cus they guard system they have that 0 guard man that gives you the most blurriest fades

That click lever never moves on you? I have a similar set of clippers and even though they cut nice I can’t trust them because the lever won’t lock in place well and will sometimes move a notch or 2 on its own.

Sciamachy Standard having experience with both of the clippers...you can’t go wrong with either. If price is a priority than the jrl will be a better choice tho.

Dope cut homie.
The 1040 is my go to clipper. Lasts basically most of the day in the shop on a single charge and it’s crazy powerful. Personally I don’t like them too zero gapped cause the lever throw is already pretty small as it is. Regardless I can take out most zero lines with it. It creates great shape and it fades flawless 👌🏻

Love them, I use the fade blade for my clipper over comb work. And I’ve literally been just rocking out close to open and my guards and they blend right in

Hey bro, would you know any fade master barbers in India ? Preferably in New Delhi. Cause I grew up in Jersey and moved here 4 years ago and STILL no one can fade here. I even bought the guards and still no fade.
I love my JRLs. Was blessed with them by Jordan Elizabeth. Used them in school over the Andis the school gave us. Just out of school, but still learning with them.

For first time using man the cut came out fire!
Ive been cutting with these since the came out, I have 2 1040s, one with the Fade blade and the other with the standard blade. This is all I need. Battery is the last thing I'm thinking about when I use these. I always stay on the highest speed, no reason to reduce. When I fade I start off my first 1/2 guide line with the fade blade, fade that out then throw on the 1 fully open then work my way down. I use the standard blade to fade in between the 1 and my 1/2 guide line. If I go any higher I just use the fade blade. There's a few ways I can blend with them but i feel its a lot quicker for me that way. I picked this method up from drew the barber. I really enjoy cutting with them, solid clippers.
If anything I'll use the 0 guard to clean it up.
Jovan García, how close does the fade blade cuts in comparison to the standard blade? I just ordered a fade blade hoping for a better way to blend with these clippers.
Fade blade will get you real close cuts. Pretty easy to fade of the bald line with them. You could always adjust them to get a closer cut, it's a big difference between them and the standard blade.

Where did you get those guards? I have those and the 1050 trimmers (which I love also). These are really good clippers I agree with you 100 percent. Especially with the learning curve it takes to get back to you natural cutting rhythm. Great cut also as usual!!
