    Ok, I'm fully aware that this is RUclips, so we cannot judge SQ, pe sé, but there is such a drastic difference between these two speakers that ANYONE would notice. And you know what? I find these comparisons useful, DESPITE being on RUclips. (gives me an idea relative to each other, which is relevant). Great channel. Glad I found it. I like all these short-ish clips.

    I love the fullness of the JBL, in this video it seems like you are listening to the music from the back row of the performance. Where as the Klipsch seems to be in the same room and up close and personal.

    hi very interesting review and thank you for it
    after reading about some issues with tweeter extension on the L19 i replaced both with great 1" domes and the sound is really good
    Detail is much better now

    Its not vol matched as others already mention but the L19 sounds much better anyway.

      The L19 has the sweetness that other speaker don't have. I think Alnico woofers and a class A amp are doing the magic.

    I love the tanks, especially the one with a blue light..

    While l19 has more body, klipsch is more natural with voices and sounds less veiled IMO.

      Yes, I hear more detail and soundstage from the Klipsch Heresy IV and a more full and sweet sound from the JBL L19.

    Sudgen class a seems like a beautiful combo with the heresy 4

    Music is very subjective, there is no right or wrong. No one hears things the exact same. No loser or winner here, just a difference or a preference. 👍 Even for the same listener...music can sound different simply based off how you feel at that moment. Nice equipment.

    Jbl less details but the emotion is richer. Klipsch easier to drive, more details, but drier.

    L19=$200 and Klisch Heresy iV= $3000 .That's the purpose for the comparison.

    Seems like it should have been volume equalized? The JBL's are just plain louder, which makes comparison listening difficult. Although the JBLs do sound surprisingly rich.

    • @johto
      @johto 2 года назад +1

      Yep, not volume matched.

    • @ysk249
      @ysk249  2 года назад +4

      Sorry, the Klipsch Heresy IV has a 99db sensitivity and it plays "really" loud so I had to reduce the volume quite a bit. I'll post another video comparing the two speakers.

    • @OMDF01
      @OMDF01 Год назад

      @@ysk249In no way these Hs IV are “99 db efficient“, more like 92-93 db efficient. Efficiency for Klipsch is a marketing ploy that’s all.

    Su youtube non si riesce a capire chi suona meglio ma sono di 2 categorie diverse, sia nel prezzo che per età.
    Io comunque scelgo sempre Klipsch eresy

      Volevo confrontare due diversi marchi di epoche diverse. JBL suona dolcemente e Heresy ha un'ampia scena sonora. Grazie.

    ...what speaker has the black grills 🤪I think the JBL is the black grills playing first❓they are richer sounding...more musical...
    Klipsch sound too clear...like
    too much treble...like a room without treatment😂...I'll take my Spendor S100

    • @ysk249
      @ysk249  2 месяца назад

      JBL L19 is the one with the black grills. Spendor S100 is a fantastic speaker!

  • @johto

    This gives wrong impression, cause not volume matched.

    • @ysk249
      @ysk249  2 года назад +2

      You are correct that volume is not matched. I had to adjust the volume when playing the Heresy b/c it plays uber loud.

  • @fredvasquez2357

    The L19! The Heresy has weak low end and the mids seemed fatiguing.
