At one time last year, there was a controversy regarding copyright issues over his covers. I didn't follow how it went but being humble he is, Alip took some of his epic videos down. Fortunately, his die hard fans or Alipers, managed to back up his videos and walaaa... We r able to still witness his greatness!

Someone put alip's cover arrangement in spotify and claimed it as theirs. They get all the money and didn't even give any credits to Alip. There were also many other youtuber that steal his content and claim it as theirs, there were even a youtuber that picksyncing (yes can you imagine, that video was even got dissected by another local youtuber that analyze sound engineering proofing that the guy was actually stealing many musician's cover and picksyncing including Alip's). As how alip is as a person he didn't want to make disputes and decide to let them did it. It made national headline amongst our wellknown musicians and they all encourage him and some even help him to get into a label management that could help him claim his royalty. Since Alip doesn't really want to be told what to do and doesn't want even a slight involvement in celebrity world it was not an easy road to pursuade him. Thank God he made the decision to take their advice.

@@laksmikarsono9013 yeah I do follow lots and lots of his progress including his story after being a viral guitarist, cause you know human and fame it could go south really fast. He once said the reason why he doesn't really want to be involved in the Entertainment world is because he afraid he will loose his interest in playing guitar.
He really loves playing guitar, and the least thing he wanted is not having the desire to play it anymore, especially if it caused by irrelevant things like the media exposure, talkshows, gossips and hoaxes etc.

You re one of my favourite reactors. Yeah.. I watched the tutorial about harmonic you made it. Really, it s not easy to create harmonics. Alip has magical fingers.
