Tuti Plays it means you can customize your license plate. for example, when you see people have their names on their license, it’s a vanity plate. it costs extra though

haha its just because in places where it gets cold in the winter, cars can shut down and you might get stranded, so its for if you need to spend the night in the car. haha hope this helps

My grandmother is a type 1 diabetic who tries her best to live her life to the fullest and she is enjoying it finally. She has been a type 1 diabetic since the age of 7 and is now 58 years old, so the fact that you're young and so full of life is so inspiring for me, keep doing what you're doing Sadie!!
