Interlocked Phoenix Scales is reusable, anything less, not so much. With a 32 % smaller flaps, that's 4 fixed Wings of the Phoenix, no part is STILL the best part.
There shud be no problem with FAA reviewing and approving individual Spacex Launches - however, when FAA bureaucrats start their pathetic go-slow plolitical agenda there are costly consequences - there is really no reason for FAA to take more than say 4 days to up to max of 2 weeks to re view and approve Launches as so much is repetitive!
How many failed launch attempts will Space X try with Starship V2 try before they admit the development is costing the US taxpayers too much ? SLS is looking like the much cheaper and faster option when development costs of Starship are included in the price...
