Pile 3 - its not that they have made me feel awful and useless, it has made me feel that people are useless and awful and I dont want to be around them anymore. Im not surprised a dog came up as I have two retriever puppies that are the focus of my life right now. I do feel so much shame and regret about hoe I am living but its more scary to go out ibto the world. I dont want to deal with other peoples negative behaviour anymore. I dont want anyone to rescue me, I just want everyone to leave me alone. Im not lonely but I sm alone, and thats my choice. But I do know that Im stuck and I need to do something more than just watching Netflix every day. I cant wait to find out who I am, accept that and move forward more authetically. I wont be quiet about the needs of ND people though, I do need to have those arguments as I also have ND children and I need to spread awareness and fight the good fight for their sake. It may make life more difficult foe mw to do that but its important.

I got to your channel in the most absurd way. But I knew I needed you in this moment so I started going through your readings and each one have resonated so beautifully. Pile 4 was on point. I am on a twin flame journey and it was my dm who completely pushed me into the journey of healing. I have been spiritual before, have had awakening before but it was him who pushed me in it completely. I have been devastated by what happened, was intensely angry at him and thanks to our shared energies he could feel it. I've been having a really hard time trying to get over and move forward from a person since almost twelve years now.
I was lead on, lied to, gas lit, manipulated and treated like absolute shit by the other person and I didn't even know how to get out of this situation. It's only in the recent past few months I'm realising that the other person is having so much power over me because I've been giving it away to her in the hopes of getting a closure or at least an explanation.
I'm still going through a lot of mind and heart conflict but Im finally at that stage where I've realised that instead of looking to the other person for answers and closure I gotta dig deep within myself to find what lies at the root of my desires of wanting closure it explanations. I'm still work in progress and it frustrates me at times thinking it's been twelve years already and I'm still struggling to heal myself completely while she s living her life happily.

Pile 4. I got really caught on the Scots Pine, that you came back to a few times. In many flower essence ranges it focuses on self worth, a wrong sense of self, and learning to trust your own inner wisdom - I have used it in the past when feeling guilty for...basically breathing. I was brought up to put everyone before myself, even when it was really bad for me (let's call that the 'honourable' self-sacrifice)! It's been a long road allowing my own heart to expand enough to fit ME into. Resonated a lot, thank you. Expansion is my key word this week.
