I absolutely want Silver the hedgehog in the Sonic film series, he has telekinetic powers and can fly with which you could make breathtaking action scenes, he comes from the devastated future and travels back in time to avert catastrophe, then he has a strong sense of justice, compared to Sonic he has a much more serious character not as much as Shadow but also shy, the audience would easily empathize with Silver since he is a very positive character.
Silver is a full blown psychic in the movies. Having powers of Psychokinesis, Psionics and Extra Sensory Perception with Mind Control and Psychic Control. Trust me he will be OP than Shadow ( a tini bit) when he comes around. Just like Quicksilver will say, we didn't see that coming, and Silver will tell Shadow " You may be powerful to the point of traveling through time, but *IT'S NO USE* against me. "
There is a very high chance he will be in the post credit scene in sonic 3 and have a major role in sonic 4. Maybe he might make a cameo during sonic 3 before it ends, but who knows.

I want Amy so bad considering I love the scene where she convinces Shadow to save the planet, but considering that the only early leak we ever had of the movie was said to be a storyboard that showed Shadow using Chaos Control to send the ARK from crashing into Earth, time traveling and taking Eggman and Stone with him. The moment time travel was mentioned I was like “Silver”. So, yeah, I have a feeling we’ll see him in a post or mid credits scene. If not him, then perhaps Shadow ending up in Crisis City. Either way, GIMME!
