You Haven't Eaten This Sauce Anywhere 💯Everybody Asks For The Recipe💫 HERE'S THE RECIPE 📣

To make this magnificent kosher sauce, we first place 2 kilograms of capia pepper on the baking tray. Then we wrap 3 garlic cloves with olive oil and salt in foil and roast them together with capia peppers in the oven at about 200 degrees for 40 minutes. On the other hand, we peel the skins of 1 kilogram of tomatoes and pass them through the rondo, take the roasted peppers out of the oven, separate the skins and seeds, add a glass of oil and olive oil mixed into a pot, add 2 tablespoons of red pepper flakes and tomato grated, and boil it for 20 minutes until the tomatoes turn sour, We add the roasted peppers that we cut into small pieces, we squeeze 3 heads of garlic and add the roasted garlic into it. Then we add a full tablespoon of sumac, a tablespoon of thyme, a teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of sugar, half a tea glass of apple or grape vinegar into it and mix. We boil it for 5 minutes until all the flavors are mixed together, then we jar it hot hot. So you can store it for years. Enjoy your meal
