I've watched most of your videos and read your weekly articles and they are awesome!
Just had a request to please increase the volume on your videos.
    Thanks!

note, you need to be using xlsx for the kind="sheet" parameter to work. Good video

This is a great step-by-step video. Everything was working when applying to my data until the sheet names contained only numbers. The parameters work when the sheet is named "Ted" but stopped working when the sheet was named "1234". What needs to change for the parameter to work when the sheet name contains only numbers?

My best guess is to make sure the parameter is configured as text. I normally ignore this setting but I assume it will help in this instance.

@@mattallington9455 Thank you for getting back to me. I played around with it some more and was able to figure it out. What I had to do was follow your steps up to the 6:17 mark of your video. When you click on the table of the Dec sheet. I then had to insert a step between your "filtered" rows step and the "Dec_Sheet" step. the inserted step was to change the "item" to Int64.Type. If I change the type before clicking on a table then it wouldn't recognize the sheet properly. That was my only hiccup. Thank you for your video, everything else worked beautifully and I was able to gather the data I needed.

@@bendreessen2809 yes, these auto added steps can be tricky. They’re not always obvious because you didn’t add them, but they are often the cause of issues. You can turn this off, but in my experience it’s easier to leave them on and keep an eye out for these when tracking down an issue.

Hi, I do all the things like you guide in this video, but I do not know why at the semi-final step, in "FnProcessSheets" , error was appeared. All the sheets have the same format, no merge. Could you advise me?

I really like your video and it was very easy to follow! I had a question for you, I hope you can help. In the second step you create a function to process all sheets. I have 4 distinct sheets with distinct names that each need to be processed differently. Would I just create a separate process function for each sheet name? I want to create a different table for each sheet that will be updated with each new file. Thanks

hi, could you please advise if my multiple sheet names are all different from each workbook?

I don't think this process relies on the sheet names being the same. The process extracts a list of sheet names from the workbook and processes them. I can't see why it wouldn't work regardless of the sheet names.
