Hello viewers, I just want to share ang 3rd renovation project namin here in Batangas City. So this apartment was built in 1984 and gusto ng client namin gawing bed space apartment, so separate na ang 1st floor and 2nd floor, may sariling bathroom, toilet and kitchen. separate na rin ang bill ng electricity and water.
