hii! oo that could potentially be a future video idea, I will say though i usually don't use frames unless I'm transporting glass art because i think it looks a lot cooler just as a glass piece on its own! i like to prop them up with mini canvas easels to really show off the transparency :)
good question! i personally didn't just because I thought it would be too easy to rip during the DIY process plus I wasn't sure if construction paper would hold the curling process very well, but after making it I think it could be doable, I just haven't tried it yet
I used construction paper for mine and it works pretty well but it does fold easily and so far the curls i made haven’t uncurled but overall it is a little more difficult
the yellow one i have is literally from elementary school that I just kept haha, otherwise I use my green cutting pad since the grids on it are also in centimeters

The first craft you can use plain paper and then laminate it i tried it and it worked:)

What kind of ruler do you use on measuring your colored paper??😭😭 I'm making my mom a paper flowers since she loves it
