I was 20 years old in New Jersey when this gem was released. I remember listening to this beautiful song on 98.7 Kiss FM. Things were so different back then. This generation today has no idea how magical the 80's were with R&B. Simply put......it was on the next level.

I know right when I hear these slow jams now it reminds me of riding in the car going places with my mom and I would be like 7 or 8 years old and it would be lightly drizzling outside so while we drove, the rain is coming down, and I would be feeling such peace and good feels from all these type songs playing, while I look out the window at all the familiar buildings and cars as we would drive our same routes to various places....Ahhhhhhh Memories☺️
