If you start driving from Whistler Village towards Pemberton on Sea to Sky highway, it will be on the right side of the road within 15 minutes. However, there are many other viewpoints at the same lake.

Find a lawyer or ticket fighting guy online. They will fight it for you. Usually they drop the points and just make you pay the fines.
