    How did you manage to get the cakes out of the cube mould so easily?😭 Mine broke in the process, even after chilling them in the freezer 😭

      Do a tooth pick test to make sure the cakes are cooked completely. After baking, wait for 5-10 minutes to cool slightly and remove them from the pan. Don't wait until the cakes are cooled completely or they will be hardly to remove from the pan.

      @@JajaBakes i did the test, the toothpick came out clean with a crumb or two stuck to it...but the top surface definitely felt tender and delicate to touch. My moulds are new too. Are you using silikomart ones?
      Maybe freezing wasn't a good idea
