We prefer the Cicada for browsing the numerous stalls and the amusements , they often had artists on the stage performing but then after walking around there and having a cold beer or two we go to the Tamarind for the food and live music and better atmosphere.

Great Walk Digi ! Hua Hin is much more peaceful and safe compared to St. Louis, Missouri here in the states :)
