qaurtiles is part of quantiles.it includes values which divide the whole data or array into four equal parts.are callled first , second and third quartiles.
i have explained the types of quartiles which includes mainly upper quartile and lower quartile.
upper quartile is q3 and lower quartile is q1.furthermore the q2 is equal to median.in this video lecture i have explained the formulae of upper quartiles lower quartiles and quartile equal to median.
quartiles q1 q2 q3 are part of fbise course for class 11 in statistics and also tested in rbise and other universities exams.qaurtiles in statistics is very important topic ,students must need to practice it before appearing in exams.
