I watched some of your overnight stocking videos and to be honest, it's kind of relaxing. I went out and got my first job as a daytime stocker. The store I'm working for is mainly produce, so it's not like Walmart or Target. Working at my own pace, not going too fast or too slow, but at a manageable pace. Coworkers, managers are super chill, and the customers are amazing. I'm doing part time, just to get the feel of the experience, and so far, I'm really enjoying it. I'm not used to all this moving around and what not. As you say in your videos, keep on grinding!🙌💯
Ayee that’s good to here! It’s a super chill job and tbh daytime stocking probably is a little better, it’s the same premise essentially💯 having chill coworkers goes a long way too, congrats on your new position man and keep getting that 💸💸
@@dracoslayer537 Thanks my man. And yes. Having chill coworkers, specially bosses, goes a long way. It makes the job go by much faster, and makes the experience easier, rather than having coworkers that want to get on your azz for nothing. I had an opportunity to try a night shift. I do have to say, it's a different environment than the daytime role, I have a lot of respect for anyone doing night shifts. I couldn't really get adjusted to the night shift, so I'm back doing day shift. Wishing the best for you and all others who wants to get involved in the job of stocking. 😉💯
Happy to hear that man! Remember take your time and always have a plan before you go in so you can have the best night. It’s a very easy job if you know exactly how your night is going to ago and ofc if you got your headphones and snacks! Keep me updated on how the job is in the next couple of days or week. If you got any questions leave me another comment or hmu or instagram @drxco537! Again happy for you gang and keep grinding 🔥💎
Im about to do this for walmart, so where do you get the pallet and is all the stuff on the pallet for that one aisle because before i seen you talk about placing all the boxes to the location before you open them
The pallet will usually be in the holding area where all the product resides in but someone, usually a supervisor or your manager will grab it with a pallet mover. Sometimes these are electronic which you’ll need to undergo very light training for to get some sort of permission or “certification” to use but there are also non-electronic ones that you can utilize as well. In terms of placing the boxes with the product before I open them, I do think that it’s the best way to go before starting your work because you want the process to be smooth and linear as you work. Sometimes if the pallet is small enough and Id work it off the pallet but I usually have the pallet in my aisle already before I get to work and just remove everything off of it then start stocking. Hope this helps and congrats on your new position 💯⚡️
