This is exactly what I was looking for. Something sturdy but temporary and easily movable for the balcony in my apartment. Thank you for this.
Patio looks great Karrie! We all started our homes on a tight budget so don't think you have to apologize. You are doing a wonderful job!
Looks really cute. Love that the kids can ride their bikes around. Paint your pots and and put Thompson water seal onto the wood. The lights are awesome at night
Looks Great 💯 Your children are so well behaved which shows that you are a patient loving mother 💜
Karrie, you have the best budget DIYS. if you want inexpensive climbing buy a seed packet of morning glory. you have plenty of climbing plant
Morning glory will grow like crazy!!! You can get the seeds at $1 store, when they start having their garden accessories out. I might have to do this before my daughter Birthday. I love it!
Morning glory will truly be lovely, except by afternoon the flowers close up. Another great annual alternative is hyacinth bean vine.
Your Children sure do like those bikes!! Good job young lady!
Awesome! But actually I’m seriously impressed with how you got on top of that stool in one move. Dang girl! I’d still be trying to get my happy heifer self up there. Lol. Good job! 😂😂❤️❤️
I literally laughed put loud! I was sore the next day 😂🤭 but honestly I surprised myself too bahahaha thanks for watching 💓
Gorgeous!! You shouldn't have a problem at all finding climbing vines, home depot and lowes have a huge selection in springtime. Also I would definitely replace the screws for the little hooks just for more security bc they may slip off the screws from time to time.
Only half way through the video and I already love the look!
I love that u posted pictures cause Pinterest did not see it. Nice
We have those lights on our porch and they really do brighten it up. It looks great.
You could probably stain those posts ☺ Looks great!!!! ❤
Your creativity and hard work are inspiring!!! You and your family are such a joy to watch, and your channel is my favorite!!! Thanks for sharing!!! God Bless!!! 😊😊😊
Ha! I knew that’s what you were making when you showed the little sneak peek! We made those concrete pots to string up lights for our wedding. Sweet potato vines are super inexpensive and are climbers/trailers. The come in several different varieties. The Impatiens you planted love shade and will definitely “bush out” in no time..don’t over water them especially since there won’t be much drainage in the concrete bottomed pots. Just a helpful tip from a girl that loves flowers! Great job, Karrie! ❤️
What a cozy touch to the backyard. Love it
I’m thinking of doing this same thing in my back yard around my fire pit.
Thank you for posting. Good job!
I am just so very happy for y’all and your new house.
Looks awesome! kiddo!😊
It turned out really cute. Give yourself a pat on the back, job well done 👍👍
Cute! Looks good! We have a fire pit out back with lights around like this and hammocks hanging from post we cemented into the ground that go around the pit ❤
It looks beautiful and so relaxing. You did a great job!
This is super cute!!!
That's beautiful! I love how you decorate. You're very good at it.
Love watching your videos. I'm a mother of 6. Yes I love how u did the canopy with lights. U inspire alot of people. I'm from altamahaw NC. Thank u for sharing your video
Thanks for sharing. Looks great!!!
Wow so relaxing and cozy to end your day. And yes the morning glory will do the trick on growing up the poles and also on Fences. I love it. Thanks for Sharing! Kim
Hi! Kerri I am doing some DIYS for my home on a Budget so I have done a video on a pineapple vase that I got thrifting, I am asking in my video if I should chalk paint it or not can you watch my video and give me some input on it. Thanks Kim
It looks so good. This is a great outdoor project. The vines will look so pretty.
Love love love it!!!!
😍 THAT LOOKS SO WONDERFUL!
LOVE IT!! ❤❤👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You have talent in your DIY projects and always affordable! Your channel is great because your real
Just hoping that when you water the plants it will drain through the concrete..if not maybe drilling holes through the upper part of the container will help...love your ideas!
I got all sorts of holes on the upper part of my container😮🤣😘
Karrie this came out so cute! Such a great job!
It looks great!
Flowers in the pots is a beautiful touch. Please post a followup video when the vines grow on the post.
Great inexpensive project! Ive been wanting to do something like this and didn't even think about landscape timbers. 🤔 I saved your video and also showed my 18 year old son who will be making it with me, he started cracking up when he saw the concrete bag, at first glance he thought it said 'fart setting' 🙄😁. Proof he may never grow up. 🤣🤣🤣
I love it...good job!!!

Looks great! We just built a deck on our house and may need to try this.
Looks great. What a nice space for a hang out.
I love when you do videos like this ! Looks great !
Beautiful job Mama!! I’m your #1 fan ☺️
Love this idea and so budget friendly. Thank you so much for sharing. This is definitely something I would love to do in the future to my back yard 😊. Have a wonderful blessed day.
Great job, even on a budget that looks nice. I know from a previous task I did when installing a fence that those "quick concrete" type products recommend a peanut butter consistency when you are desiring a nice even and fast setting concrete. Just FYI for anyone else who watches this video and wonders how to do it. I thought you did great, and even on a budget it looks wonderful. No need to apologize, especially with those little ones "helping" you lol
Looks nice!
Love it! So cute and looks like a great space to make memories.
Your channel rocks!
That is cute!
This is such a cute idea! We are just getting started on ideas for our landscaping at our new place, and this would be a great starting point. We already have extra landscaping timbers! Love it!! xo
Love it. I’m so going to remember this for my future back yard!
Wow turned out so amazing love to watch your projects and i love the lights they look so cozy :)

I've been wanting to something similar! Thanks Carrie!

Very nice!
Really cute ideal thanks for sharing enjoy your day💗💕💗💕💗
It would be cool if you could find a used little shed and style it for the kids to have a little outdoor house. I think you would decorate it very cute and I'd love to see it.

Omg GORGEOUS AND INSPIRING😍😍😍 you gotta film yall out there one day!!
Looks beautiful! Great job!
Came out so awesome good job 😍😍
Looks great! Bonus it's budget friendly.
First and foremost, great job, Karrie! I wonder if those poles would hold up shade sails? But, I will do this just for the lights as well, and I can do this all by myself. Thanks for the inspiration.
Also, that's got to be best looking topsoil I've ever seen! Looks like potting soil/mixture.
Love it!!! Turned out great ☺️❤️
You need to dig a hole for each post and pour concrete in there instead of the bucket. One storm and the wind is gonna blow all your hard work and materials away.
New to Your channel Karrie! Loving your videos, the budget friendly things you do are awesome! Thank you for this one :)
Looks beautiful...💜🌺🌸
It looks so pretty 😍
Maybe Ivy? Thats pretty vine plant. I love this diy!
Beautiful!! Just keep an eye on your plants concrete will wick all the moisture may dry them out.
Great job!! 🙂 I love it
Looks amazing!!
Really cute! Love it!
YAYY ive been waiting for this!!! 😁😁😁♥️
So beautiful! ❤
So pretty! Just had a quick thought. Lowe’s sells decorative fence post covers, fairly inexpensively. I wonder if something like that would be cute on top of each timber down the road? You’re so talented, Karrie, and I just love your channel!
I love that idea. They have solar powered post caps too.
Looks so good! 🙌🏼
VERY NICE..Good job!
It came out great!! I’ll def tag you for my inspiration
Very cute! Also, I'm so jealous everytime I see y'all in T-shirts and shorts. It's currently 10 degrees here.😭
