Florencio doesnt just beat you in the battle; he beats you in all future battles as well.
Man...not that I thought Flo would be unintelligent, but the sheer amount of thought behind his approach is actually fucking incredible. Super intelligent dude...
Over three hundred analogies in 90 minutes. Impressive
The issue with trying to counter Florencio is that his cheese is advanced cheese. Your standard cannon rusher doesn't know what to do after his rush fails, but Florencio's stuff is based on his knowledge of the game, he knows what units counter things, he knows what the meta build orders are. His mechanics aren't great and his refusal to buy upgrades really hurts his lategame, but you can't beat him by just foiling whatever his initial plan was because he's good enough to adapt.
Did you even watch the vid? A protoss player failed cannon rush horribly and still beat Florencio into pieces
I love this series Florencio is a great and versatile player with unusual tactics. He plays the enemy players mind not against the enemy race. But Pig is for sure the best caster for Florencio games he narrates the insanity of this games to the point. Great Entertainment you 2.

I did think that something seemed a bit off in Flo with that first game... yeah. Just didn't have any luck, which I think is a big part of throwing a good player off.

When I watched FFs, I always didn't believe when someone say that his enemies were platinum or diamond, thought that Flo surely can beat a gold player but any higher -- doubtful. I'm not so sure today. Florencio got much better in SC. Good job!

Just got around to watching this while doing therapy, wanted to point out: Mormons _try_ to be nice, but when it comes to acting like Jesus, flipping over the table and kicking everyone's ass out the door is on the list of examples.

he's "countering" mass hellion harass with hydras and hydra upgrades
before scouting mass viking.
Mass hydra is a good composition, and you usually start upgrades BEFORE you make them to ensure they are at their peak and don't get bodied before they can deal damage
Plus, if you're going for a tech switch, the first moments are the most important since the opponent has not adapted yet. So you want to get the most out of the situation

The funny thing is the other day I played a guy that had the screen name Florencio. So I had my Preparation H out ready to have my ass whipped. Being like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs, but then I feed him and I was like no way that wasn't Florencio... and I messaged him and said I don't think so, and he lost his s***.
