i literally have water for breakfast most days haha! i even done that as a teenager - it’s probably not good for me but i eat when i get to work a few hours later lol. little tip too for the kids’ fruit… if you find their fruit starts to go brown during the day, put the tiniest pinch of lemon juice on them and give them a good toss! it won’t be sour but the lemon helps to preserve it a little longer when cut 🥰
