The leg throttle is genius. The remote is one of the biggest weaknesses on e skateboards.
I totally agree. That throttle is based on an e-bike trigger throttle . It’s an interesting build all around , the batteries on that deck can be dismantled for air travel . He’s out and out an engineer

@@Boardandbrazen usually a couple of years in, a lotta riders move to bigger and bigger wheels. I still love 85mm wheels, even after 6 years of eskatin in London 😂

No problems getting your board out there, I don't think they would take kindly to my EUC batteries. Great content by the way, definitely subscribed -) Cornwall right at the bottom, S18, 16X, Master.
Thanks for the sub mate ! Board was no issue, batteries were a different story. I sold my battery in the UK and arranged a fresh pack to be built by a reputable guy in Queens NY. Apex actually have a partnership agreement with him so that was a massive help . I will say that the community is strong out here and people have been helpful .

Too cute 🥰 ha ha , e-riding is better with friends mostly …. I prefer E-Trekking solo tbh . When I’m in the hills and mountains I like being on my own . The weather is starting to improve here so look out for some off-road content in the coming weeks

I’m not gonna lie the lot of you stooges rolling out looks sick as fk. i’ve done a few group rides with other types of groups, mountain biking rollerblading in fact, are used to belong to war Washington area rollerbladers, but you guys up there doing that wow.🙂

What gloves brand /model do You have in this vid.? Thanx :)
I am using very low cost Mountainboard gloves ( I’m not a good example of safety gear😅) . These are Rock Bros . A lot of the riders I know who use gloves recommend flatland gloves for Esk8 .
I have some armored gloves that are Apex boards branded (not shown in this video)

Yes , it’s called an electric mountainboard . My feet are bound to the deck like a snowboard (unlike a typical skateboard )
What electric skateborad would you say is suitable for heavier riders
Hey Kobe , it honestly depends on what you want from a board. I have a Meepo Mini 2S and that little board definitely struggles for range and speed with me on it . My Apex predator electric mountainboard is a beast and probably overkill for most scenarios .
There are some very capable electric longboards like the Exway Atlas , Evolve Hadeon and Ace Decks are getting popular . Plenty of choice . Do you want speed? Range? All terrain? Also don’t rule out electric unicycles . Those things are very very portable , fast and have ridiculous range on them

Germany is exceptionally well suited to identifying which vehicles have the potential to replace cars, as they are already banned in the car country Germany and their users are threatened with imprisonment. Yes, you heard that right, drive a Onewheel, EUC or electric skateboard in Germany and you will be punished more severely than for a robbery or a mugging. In the eyes of the government, the fact is that by deciding not to buy a car, you are taking something away from the richest and therefore most important people in Germany that rightfully belongs to them.
