You need to take yourself out of certain scenarios, i cant be around all arguments and fighting ive done it all my life i was peace now. I'm still Gav no matter how much I change 💯 change isn't easy. It's hard work. The easiest option would be resorting back to old behaviours but where would that take us 🤔 back to the madness. Everyday learning more about myself & what lights me up & coping with real life clean & sober can be difficult but so rewarding with what I'm getting back in my life 🙏🏻👊🏻💯
