Hezbollah denied to the United Nations that it was behind the strike while Lebanese Al Mayadeen news network suggested Israel's Iron Dome missile could have caused the casualties. The US should be reminded that Golan Heights is not 'Northern Israel' but is annexed Syrian territory. Since this region is under Israeli control, it is unlikely the truth about this strike will ever be released.

If it was an Israeli rocket, which is very possible considering the amount or ordinance flying around these air spaces, we have to also consider that Israel has it’s “Hannibal directive” and this could be potentially invoked. If you are aware of these type of actions, then you understand that this unfortunate incident could be easily used as a reason for larger conflict. If that occurs, it won’t matter who fired the rocket, there won’t be any investigation, and Israel will have its perfect reason to start a larger conflict. They would most assuredly continue to propagandize the event to the best of their advantage exactly like it was discovered about the shooting of innocent people at a rave/dance which was immediately blamed on Hamas the day of October 7th. There’s no denying that one way or another, with truth or without, there will be a larger conflict, if not all out war soon,….very soon.
