He decided to set in some fictional Mediterranean country and the vintage orange tint suggests the country hasn’t got used to broadcasting in colour yet so it’s got a badly converted possibly SECAM to PAL look.
Love Harry Enfield but think fast show even better, the humour is drier than poula fischs weather forecasts, for me it's comedy genius, still watching today.
