what gives influencers egos? they’re literally useless for society, they have no reason to think they’re hot shit. they’re literally like clowns/jesters, the money must make them think they’re important.
When they get all those likes it goes straight to their ego
It’s pretty obvious what gives them their egos:
- Their popularity
- Wealth from what they do
- Positive comments
- Viewership
- Etc.
I had a similar situation with Jesse as will on Instagram he was looking for someone in my local area to show him around for a video. I messaged him and he then added me on snap, we talked back and forth saying i would take time off from work. Also giving info on my local area but stopped responding and he still made the video. A simple thanks for the info and I got it covered would have sufficed.

Jesse is natural. His physique is great but doesn’t have any of the obvious signs of being on steroids, and he’s also not very strong. I mean it’s always possible he may have taken something mild in the past, but nothing severe enough to warrant coming at him for being unnatural.

I went to HS with Jesse, same grade and everything, he always seemed cool. He seemed a little inauthentically nice but as I’ve gotten older I’ve met so many people like that, it’s not as weird as I thought lmao. I think he is very charismatic, but he has blind spots bc of it, like what happened in this video. A lot of people gave him shit calling him a f*g bc of his fitness account, probably not much to his face bc people are soft. He did benefit from living in this safe bubble of a town and definitely is blind to real world consequences, but he’s not at all a bad guy. Hard to blame a young influencer for chasing clout either. Any negative feelings I have towards him are just a reflection of my insecurities, so I choose to just be happy for him lmao

If ladies are kicked out of theme parks and off airlines, for wearing something viewed by the company as inappropriate, than Jesse needs a reality dose, to know that going out in almost your birthday suit Is Not ok! Also as someone who’s worked in restaurants for years, it’s just rude and disrespectful to make a scene like that to other guests dinning. I’m sure after he left the staff and patrons were talking trash about him. A lot of influencers act as if they deserve special treatment, but at the end of the day they’re nothing above everyone else who works an off camera job.

Jesses behavior is for marketing. The body paint video he did is completely harmless. The guy already anticipates getting kicked out there’s no ego in that it was an EXPERIMENT 😂 too which millions more people would rather watch than the channel you work so hard on bro.
(1) Kenny didn’t say it was harmful, just indicative of an inflated ego and sense of self-importance.
(2) He clearly did not expect to be kicked out, unless the entire thing was him acting perturbed for the cameras. I highly doubt it because he seemed heated (red in the face) and doubled down after leaving the restaurant. He wasn’t like “okay, my bad, I’ll leave right now” like he should have, like any normal, humble, respectful adult would have.
(3) You sound mad as hell. I highly doubt Kenny (who I’ve never watched before this) cares about his number of subscribers. Obviously Jesse works extremely hard at cultivating a social media identity and a related following of fans, of which I assume you are one. It’s okay to follow influencers but acknowledge their mistakes. Nobody is perfect. You trying to excuse obviously immature and disrespectful behavior comes off (at least to me) as simping for Jesse. One can both be a fan of someone and provide constructive criticism when that person goes astray.

He went to multiple places and got kicked out for the video and before he went into the restaurant he knew how hard it would be to be able to stay. So yes he was acting like that for the sake of the video. The only about your comment that’s understandable even after watching the full video is that he could’ve been more humble about it, but does it really matter that much?
